Our office can be reached Monday to Thursday from 8am–6pm and Friday from 8am–12pm by calling: 609-581-1400.
Routine needs such as prescription refills and setting up appointments are handled most efficiently during this time. No prescription refills will be issued on nights and weekends after Noon on Friday.
Patients are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered including copayments, deductibles, coinsurances, and percentages not paid by insurance. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience.
For prescription refills, please call our office at 609-581-1400 and select the option for your physician to leave a message with your refill request. When leaving a message for a prescription please include: patient’s name, date of birth, the name of the medication(s), a phone number where we can reach you, and your pharmacy. We ask that you call for your refills at least 5 days before your supply of medication runs out. Please allow 24–48 hours to process your request. Prescriptions will only be filled during our normal business hours, Monday to Thursday and on Friday 8am–12pm.
